Jordan Restaurant Group’s newest offering, Johnny Fab’s Cadillac Grill located in South Lubbock at 116th and Slide. Offering all your favorite casual fare and a raw bar with a fresh look. For those looking to take in a good happy hour or watch a game with friends, we have an conditioned indoor bar that passes through to an enclosed patio that has garage doors that open up to enjoy pleasant evenings.

Open from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for lunch (except Mondays). Happy hour food menu from 3:00 - 5:00 pm. Dinner from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Late night menu on the weekends.
