The Nicolett is downtown Lubbock's fine-dining destination, helmed by James Beard Best Chef: Texas Semifinalist Finn Walter. Named one of America's Best New Restaurants by Bon Appetit in 2022. Dinner served Tuesday-Saturday. Chef's Tasting Menu served Tuesday-Thursday by advance reservation. Cocktail Hour available Tuesday-Saturday from 5-7 pm in the bar and patio — no reservation needed.
