Dr. Kerry Thuett is a holistic health, fitness and life coaching consultant who teaches people how to use nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management to lose fat, build muscle, and optimize health and healing.

Aussie Built Bodies is personal training in Lubbock, Texas, run by Ben, an Australian coach helping everyday people get stronger, fitter and more confident. Sessions are one-on-one, run out of Nick's Fitness Club, and built around your goal — fat loss, muscle, strength, or simply moving well again. Assisted stretching is also available — hands-on work to improve range of motion, ease stiffness and speed recovery between training days. We also run Aussie Built Fight Club, a Muay Thai program for beginners through experienced strikers, covering technique, conditioning and ring craft. Online coaching and self-guided programs are available anywhere, with the same structure and accountability as in-person work.

Infinity Training & Wellness is a local Lubbock gym open 24 hours to members. Day passes/guest passes are available for only $15. Current membership options include month-to-month, 12 month contract or paid in full for 1 year. Discounts available for add-on memberships for the same household.
