Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health serves families across Lubbock and the South Plains from our office in Lubbock, Texas. Founded in 2000, we are a clinician-owned pediatric home health agency providing private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, and pediatric therapy to medically complex children and young adults, including those who need trach, ventilator, and G-tube care at home. Care is delivered in the family's home by nurses and therapists who know the South Plains. Guided by our HALOS values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed, we help families find care and help clinicians find meaningful work.
