Charles L. Stockwell, O.D., a third-generation optometrist, joined Texas Tech Physicians in 2010 providing routine and specialty eye and contact lens exams at the Texas Tech Eye Clinic. A licensed therapeutic optometrist, he completed his undergraduate degree and received his optometry degree from the University of Houston in 1974.
